Children of Suje Engage in Soilless Agriculture
Suje’s students grow strawberries, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes… in the hydroponic greenhouses established right next to the Suje Kitchen Workshop. While the vegetables and fruits grown in our kitchen workshop turn into indescribable flavors, on the other hand, our students learn soilless agriculture by feeding the plants with nutrient-rich liquids instead of soil.
